API

The API unit was established in 2008 with an oncology block which is currently under expansion and will reach a capacity of 24 million tone/year.

R&D

The R&D team was established in 2002 and covers all areas of product development from formulation sciences, analytical services, and regulatory expertise and support services. The facilities are spread over an area of ~ 57.000 Sq ft.

CRO

Founded in 1999 Accord’s clinical research affiliate, Lambda Therapeutics, is now one of the biggest CROs based in India.

REGULATORY

Accord’s regulatory team is based in different parts of the globe with its back office setting alongside its manufacturing arm in India.

MANUFACTURING

Accord’s manufacturing arm, Intas pharmaceuticals, comprises the main manufacturing and operations sites of the Intas Group.

SUPPLY CHAIN

Accord Healthcare South Africa warehouses and distributes its local inventory through Questmed, UPD, Gauteng and is stocked by all major wholesalers nationally.

QUALITY

Accord has dedicated Quality Assurance resources based in South Africa supported by efficient and responsive Intas Quality Assurance teams at plant and corporate levels.
